Our moist "famous" fruit cake contains a minimum of 50% Fruit and contains French Brandy. The cake is left to mature for at least 4 - 5 weeks before the wedding to ensure it is at its best. but dont forget you can have sponge flavours or a mixture of fillings for each tier.
